About The Authors
Ken is a graduate of the University of Southern California. As a postgraduate student, He received a scholarship to study at St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge, England. After his term of study, he enlisted in the United States Army, volunteering as an Officer Candidate School, Airborne Training, and Jump Master School. He earned his Green Beret after completing the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare School. While serving in Vietnam, he was decorated four times. After military service, he was accepted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and served as a Special Agent on bank robbery and fugitive investigation squads in various offices throughout the country. After the Bureau, he started a successful real estate development company which he manages. His main interest is centered on reducing prison recidivism. His charity, Lean On Me USA produces the Podcast Death Or Prison, which brings hope, encouragement, and God Almighty into prisons worldwide.
Mary is a graduate of the University of Virginia. She learned to ride horses at a very early age and has been involved in the Equestrian world on a full-time basis. She learned and practiced her equestrian skills to a high degree both as an amateur rider and top-ranked professional. She has won Grand Prix jumping events in Europe, Canada, and the United States. She now has turned her attention to the training and production of highly valuable Hunters and Jumpers. She has produced United States top ranked horses and has provided riders from around the world with some of their best winning rides. Now residing with Ken in Florida, she looks forward to many more years of joy-filled experiences.
